Heading up the Kitchens of Cowley Manor is renowned Chef, David Kelman. A Welshman born & bred David grew up in the Welsh valleys; which he credits with inspiring him to pursue a career as a Chef, being surrounded by so much glorious local produce.
David’s dishes have been delighting diners at Cowley since he joined, with favourites including Creedy Carver Duck Breast, with fondant potato, gem lettuce and baby vegetables and his tangy and sweet Lemon Posset.
