Chef Patron Dominic Chapman has amongst many other accolades been Head Chef at Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck and Heston’s later offering The Hinds Head in Bray. Dom has held Michelin Stars and Bib Gourmand as well as 3 AA Rosettes in prior roles. As one would imagine the plates offered in the Crown are truly delightful.

I had the delight of shooting the White Swan during a heat wave last summer, fantastic light.

           A fascinating building and apparently haunted, an Inn existed on the site since 1352. The White Swan was first documented in 1358 and the current White Swan erected between 1550 and 1565. A warren rooms and spaces, hidden staircases and creaky floorboards it’s historical feel is transporting.
